Commuters who park their cars at the train station have had to use a a separate app to book a parking space.
Now, however, you can do so directly via the SBB’s P+Rail app.
And the transition is simple: License plate numbers already registered in the old app are automatically transferred to the user’s SBB profile.
Not only that, butthe P+Rail app now allows users to extend existing parking bookings or end them early.
EasyRide
Until now, travellers with a discounted “Supersaver” ticket could not use the app’s “swipe-to-ride” function and instead had to purchase individual tickets separately.
But now the app will recognise if a user has already purchased a saver ticket and will allow them to use the EasyRide function as well.
Additionally, EasyRide can now be used to purchase tickets for dogs and bicycles as well
