Watch: Kim Kardashian Sets the Met Gala 2026 Ablaze in Sizzling, Body-Molded Orange Dress
The Kardashian-Jenners are doing amazing at the Met Gala 2026, sweetie.
After all, mom Kris Jennerand her daughters Kim Kardashian, Kendall Jenner and Kylie Jennerturned heads with their larger-than-life looks for the biggest night in fashion.
The May 4 gala at the Metropolitan Museum of Art was a family reunion with the Kardashians stars posing on the coveted red steps. Like all of the Kardashian-Jenners, Kris perfectly embodied the evening’s “Fashion is Art” dress code in an orange-and-white haori-inspired coat adorned with sequins and marble statues along the panels. She completed her look with a bob haircut and strappy heels. (See all the stars on the Met steps here.)
The sisters were equally dressed to impress, with Kim arriving in a smoldering burnt orange hard-shelled piece by Allen Jones, featuring pointed nipples on the bodice. She completed the look with an orange overskirt and nude heels.
It appears great minds think alike, because just like her older sister, Kylie turned heads with an ensemble in which the bodice of her Schiaparelli gown also featured faux nipples on full display. The form-fitting top flowed into a billowing cream skirt adorned with beaded embroidery on the front and the train.
Meanwhile, Kendall channeled marble statues at the Met as she stepped out in a sheer, draped gown by GapStudio by Zac Posen. She completed her look with a low updo and dainty jewelry.
When it comes to Kim’s red carpet moments, the SKIMS founder has always dazzled. For instance, the reality star sparkled at the 2024 gala in a sparkly silver Maison Margiela gown and no-heel heels. Like most of Kim’s red carpet looks, her ensemble took some physical effort, especially with her footwear.
“To wear these, you’re on your tiptoes and you’re balancing the whole time, flexing your calf muscles,” she told Vogue at the time. “So, that’s what I’m gonna have to do is stand on my tippy toes.”

Meanwhile, her hairstylist Chris Appleton—who brought Kim’s hair to an icy platinum blonde—revealed just how much work goes into their appearances for the event.
“It’s like the wedding of fashion,” he told E! News in April 2025. “For the glam team, it’s their ultimate time to glow.”
“It’s the ultimate storytelling in fashion and beauty,” he continued. “I think it’s really time for people to shine. So, for me, it’s always going to be a look.”
Now, keep reading to see more celebs who were glowing on the Met Gala 2026 red carpet.
