Bayern Munich striker, Harry Kane, has become the highest-paid footballer in Europe with his new contract.
Daily Mail reports that Kane has extended his deal with the Bundesliga champions until 2029.
His bumper new contract takes his weekly wages to a staggering £400,000 – which is believed to be the highest base salary in Europe.
This comes only days after Kane was named the 2026 Ballon d’Or winner.
The England captain scored 73 goals in 65 appearances for club and country last season.
In total, Kane has netted 156 times in 161 appearances since joining Bayern from Tottenham Hotspur in 2023 for £86million.
Before putting pen to paper on fresh terms, Kane was entering the final six months of his deal at Bayern.
