Watch: Hailey Bieber Is a Golden Goddess in Plated Armor at Met Gala 2026
As always, Hailey Bieber is paving new, uh, rhodes.
For the second year in a row, the rhode beauty founder made a stylish entrance at the 2026 Met Gala May 4. To craft a true fashion masterpiece for the “Fashion is Art” dress code, she opted for a Saint Laurent gown featuring a daring strapless gold armor-like bodice and a form-fitting cobalt blue skirt. She completed her look with chunky gold earrings and a sheer dupatta draped across her décolletage. (See every stylish star here.)
And while the 29-year-old was hardly a lonely girl climbing the famed steps of New York City’s Metropolitan Museum of Art surrounded by friends and fellow industry VIPs, she left husband Justin Bieber at home with her baby, baby, baby, oh baby—their 20-month-old son Jack Blues Bieber.
The “Daisies” singer last appeared with his bride at the 2021 event—allowing Hailey to accept all the flowers in her Saint Laurent mini dress blazer and perfectly glazed skin at last year’s gala.
Despite her enviable visage, the beauty mogul swears her everyday GRWM routine is short and sweet.
“I found that since becoming a mom,” she explained in her August 2025 cover interview with Vogue Italia, “I’m gravitating towards things that make my routine a lot easier and a lot simpler.”
That means waking up with a splash of water, a bit of oil pulling, a quick scrape of her tongue and then a spritz of Rhode’s Glazing Mist.
“Sometimes, when I’m really busy in the morning, running out the door, rushing up with my son,” she admitted, “I will literally just spray my face and I’ll walk out the door.”

But even when she’s got the time, noted Hailey, “I’m not somebody who really likes to wear makeup a lot in the daytime. I keep things very, very, very simple.”
Of course, the Met Gala is not the time to be basic.
So, Hailey dove into last year’s event with a facial ice bath and a thick “depuffing” moisturizer before applying a hydrating sheet mask.
Her other must-haves: The martini she toted outside of NYC’s Carlyle Hotel and an optimistic mindset. As she has said, “I feel like the Met is always just a very cool night to celebrate fashion.”
And she’s not the only one raising a glass. See who else turned up to check out the “Costume Art” exhibit.
