Florida State baseball, after being confirmed as a regional host for the third straight season on Sunday, officially learned its postseason seeding and regional opponents on Monday afternoon.
The Seminoles (38-17, 19-11 ACC) were named the No. 10 overall seed in the NCAA Tournament when the field was announced, paired up with the Tuscaloosa Regional hosted by No. 7 overall seed Alabama for the super regional round. FSU will be joined by No. 2 seed Coastal Carolina (37-21), No. 3 seed Northern Illinois (35-17) and No. 4 seed St John’s (33-24) in the Tallahassee Regional.

As has been customary under Link Jarrett, the Seminoles elected to play the early game on Friday. They’re set to play St. John’s Friday at 3 p.m. before Coastal Carolina and Northern Illinois face off Friday at 8 p.m.
Florida State is hosting a regional for the 38th time in program history, earning a 62nd postseason berth (second-most among all-time).
FSU enters into the postseason hitting .282 and with a 4.05 ERA.
