Major League Soccer has announced FC Cincinnati’s full schedule for the 2027 MLS Sprint Season. The 2027 MLS Sprint Season will launch the league’s transition into its new summer-to-spring calendar and aligns its schedule with the world’s top soccer leagues. The season will begin the weekend of February 19-21 and culminate in the Audi 2027 MLS Cup Playoffs and 2027 MLS Cup on Memorial Day Weekend in May.
Cincinnati will start the season in the place they just left, Miami’s Nu Stadium. Cincinnati will play Inter Miami CF Friday, Feb. 19 at 8 p.m., which will be the opening game for the entire league.

The Orange and Blue’s home opener comes eight days later on Saturday, February 27 in a 3 p.m. ET kickoff at TQL Stadium against New York City FC.
The regular season will be 14 games, all in the same conference. Cincinnati will play seven home games against Eastern Conference foes, and seven away.
FC Cincinnati will additionally host Orlando City SC (March 6), 2026 Supporters’ Shield-winners Nashville SC (March 20), Chicago Fire FC (April 7), New England Revolution (April 10), Toronto FC (April 21) and, in the club’s home finale, the Columbus Crew on April 24 in the lone regular season Hell is Real derby of the 2027 Sprint Season.

Road trips following the season opener in South Florida include away matches at Charlotte FC (March 3), D.C. United (March 13), Red Bull New York (March 27), Philadelphia Union (April 3), Atlanta United FC (April 17) and Decision Day north of the border at CF Montréal on May 8.
Sprint Season single-match tickets are on sale now for 2026 FC Cincinnati Season Ticket Members, Orange and Blue Reserve Members, and Ticket Pack purchasers. Tickets go on sale to the general public Friday, October 30 at 10 a.m. ET at FCCincinnati.com/Tickets or by calling 513-977-KICK.
The playoffs will be tweaked from the current format. Eight teams from each conference will make the playoffs, and each round is a single-elimination game. The available trophies will remain the same, with the league awarding a Supporters’ Shield champion and MLS Cup champion. Teams can also win berths in the 2028 Concacaf Champions Cup and Leagues Cup.
Following the end of the Sprint Season, the full 2027-28 season will begin sometime in July.
