Todd Boehly, Mark Walter, and Hansjorg Wyss have all sold their shares in Chelsea to Clearlake Capital.
Each of them had a 12.8% share, while Clearlake already owned 61.5%.
As it stands now, Clearlake, run by Behdad Eghbali and Jose E. Feliciano, has full control of the Premier League club.
Boehly will no longer be Chelsea chairman, a role he took on in 2022 when the group bought the club for £2.3 billion from Roman Abramovich.
