Manchester United are planning for life without Luke Shaw, while Arsenal have performed a U-turn on Piero Hincapié’s future ahead of the January window.
This was disclosed by football transfer expert Fabrizio Romano.
Romano stated this while speaking to Francesco Porzio ahead of this weekend’s Premier League fixtures.
“As for Hincapié, a swap deal between Arsenal and Barcelona, I don’t think it will happen,” Romano said.
“The reason is simple: Arsenal have absolutely no intention of selling Hincapié.
“In the new year, 2027, there will also be movement on player departures, such as Luke Shaw. Luke Shaw is expected to be one of the players to leave Manchester United at the end of the 2026-27 season.”
