Watch: Elizabeth Hurley Details Meeting Billy Ray Cyrus’ Daughter Miley Cyrus
Elizabeth Hurley is strictly confident about her relationship with Billy Ray Cyrus.
In fact, the Strictly Confidential actress is so certain about their romance that she’s ready for an extended stay together while she works on her next project.
As Hurley explained on the Oct. 23 episode of the Off Air with Jane & Fi podcast, as she films the upcoming season of The ‘Burbs in Los Angeles, Cyrus is going to join her, noting, “Yeah, we’re going to live together out there.”
Since going public with their romance in April 2025, the pair have lived separately, with the Austin Powers alum staying full-time in the English countryside and the Hannah Montana star calling his Nashville-area farm his home base.
That said, the “Achy Breaky Heart” singer has prioritized spending time across the pond with his love, with Hurley detailing how much Cyrus “really loves” his U.K. visits.
“He never spent any time here, just briefly on tour and stuff,” she explained. “He spent most of the summer here last year, and on and off we were here this summer—we had to go to America quite a bit—and he loves it. Absolutely adores it.”
As for why Hurley believes the dad of six’s achy breaky heart fell in love with the English countryside?
“He grew up in Kentucky but lives in Tennessee, and their summers are pretty brutal compared to ours,” she shared. “They’re very hot and very humid and it rains a lot—so, for him to have our beautiful air and just the beauty of our countryside, I think is beautiful for him.”

Plus, Hurley—mom to son Damian Hurley, 24, with late ex Steve Bing—has previously detailed how their compatible living styles is part of what makes their relationship work so well.
“We’re really enjoying trying to get this balance between America and the UK,” she told E! News in July. “The good thing is that he’s very country where he is in Tennessee. I’m very country where I am. And that’s a really important thing in our relationship that neither of us want to be out and about.”
Instead, they would rather be “at home in the country and snuggling up and doing a lot of things with nature.”
“Nobody would look at either of us and think that’s who we were, but we are,” she continued. “And I love it. I love gardening. He loves being outside in nature. We both love watching birds of prey. It’s a really lovely life.”
