NASHVILLE — The hero of Ole Miss football’s game against Louisville has been helped to the locker room.
Wide receiver Deuce Alexander exited the game late in the third quarter. He was helped to the locker room after outrunning the defense on a long touchdown pass.
Alexander has two 62-yard touchdown receptions and has 144 yards and two touchdowns. He is known for is speed and for being the fastest Ole Miss player. After his touchdown, he laid down on the sideline and received attention from trainers before being helped to the locker room.

Alexander did not return on Ole Miss subsequent offensive drive.
