Watch: Dan Reynolds Steps Out With Chantel Jeffries Days After Minka Kelly Breakup
Dan Reynolds and Sofía Vergara’s eyes appear to be open to a new connection.
Nearly three weeks after news broke of his split from Minka Kelly, the Imagine Dragons frontman and Modern Family alum sparked romance rumors as they stepped out for dinner together in Los Angeles Oct. 24.
Indeed, Reynolds, 39, and Vergara, 54, enjoyed a meal at Italian restaurant Cipriani in Beverly Hills with friends, according to photos obtained by TMZ.
The America’s Got Talent judge was all smiles during the outing, including when she and the “Eyes Closed” singer held hands across the table.
Reynolds and Vergara’s night out comes as both of their love lives have been at the forefront as of late.
After all, the “Thunder” artist recently called it quits with Kelly after almost four years together, multiple outlets reported on Oct. 7.
And though the former couple—who were first romantically linked in November 2022—have yet to publicly address their breakup, Reynolds seemingly proved he’s moving on as he stepped out with Chantel Jeffries at a Miley Cyrus concert together just days following the news.
Indeed, the “Natural” singer—dad to four daughters with ex-wife Aja Volkman—and the influencer made waves when they arrived together to the Hollywood Bowl Oct. 18, and sat next to each other during the show, according to footage shared on social media.
As for Vergara, she’s made headlines over her marriage to ex Joe Manganiello as he promotes his upcoming memoir Bloodlines.
ICYMI, the Magic Mike actor details how his seven-year battle with a mysterious autoimmune disease took a toll on their relationship, claiming that while he was searching for answers about his illness, his marriage became “devoid of any emotionality whatsoever,” per an excerpt from the book, published by People.
According to Manganiello, Vergara wouldn’t hug him during that period, even if he asked her to.
But just a few days after the excerpt was published, the Hot Pursuit actress reshared a cryptic post on her Instagram Stories comparing a “good man” to a “narcissistic man.”

Alongside the chart—which was originally posted by her son Manolo Vergara, 35, whom she shares with ex-husband Joe Gonzalez—Vergara’s son wrote, “Remember kids, when dealing with a narcissist, it doesn’t matter how much you do for them, because they will resent you for it, and nothing will ever be enough and they’ll always somehow try to paint you as the bad guy.”
While she’s seemingly not on board with any toxic behaviors, Vergara previously revealed the one dealbreaker she has when it comes to any future partners.
As she told People in 2024, “No more kids.”
