Damnjanović and Gilles sidelined for now

Jovana Damnjanović and Vanessa Gilles will be out of action for FC Bayern Women for several weeks. Damnjanović suffered a muscular injury in the 3-0 win at Benfica in the UEFA Women’s Champions League on Wednesday night.

Head coach José Barcala will also be without Gilles due to a muscular issue. The two players are therefore not available for Saturday’s top-of-the-table clash against Eintracht Frankfurt and won’t travel to their national teams next week.
