Between now and training camp, we will be going through the Indianapolis Colts’ full 90-man roster, previewing each player.
Up next is defensive tackle Tim Smith, who wears No. 93.

Smith was a sixth-round pick by the Colts in the 2025 NFL draft.

Smith was released during roster cutdowns and then signed to the practice squad, where he spent last season. He was elevated for one game in Week 10, but did not play any snaps.
Smith is again going to face an uphill battle when it comes to making the team. DeForest Buckner, Grover Stewart, Colby Wooden, and Adetomiwa Adebawore account for four roster spots, while the Colts also signed Jerry Tillery and Derrick Nnadi this offseason.
Those two could end up competing for just one available roster spot. UDFA Cameron Ball is on the roster as well. I wouldn’t say that Tillery and/or Nnadi are roster locks, given that the Colts can get out of their deals if needed, but that’s several players that Smith will have to jump on the depth chart.
