The Toronto-headquartered brand has revealed new jersey styles among its summer collection, including styles for men, women and children, that just happened to be timed to the Cup fever that’s taking over the country.

A ‘hero’ in the collection includes the pink-hued Summer League Jersey T-Shirt, a relaxed-fit, soccer inspired style that features tonal stripes, a contrast rib collar and ‘Roots Athletics’ emblazoned on the front. Featuring a material that’s made using recycled fibres, the jersey style is available in sizes XXS to XXL.

To celebrate the launch, and in advance of the Cup soccer action that kicks off June 13 in B.C., Roots is offering free in-store customizations of newly purchased jersey styles from the latest collection. On May 29 to 30 at the downtown Vancouver flagship store (Unit 155, 929 Robson St.), customers who purchase a new jersey can have complimentary heat pressing and personalization added to the design.
