Eisenhower has spent three seasons in the FPHL with four teams.
He also boasts experience in the ECHL and NCAA.
He played four games in 2021-22 with Binghamton, where he allowed nine goals and took one loss.
The 31-year-old netminder will back up starting goalie Dominik Tmej as the Black Bears hope to win their fourth consecutive FPHL championship.
