Amber alert issued for six-year-old Alberta boy last seen in B.C.

Mounties in Beaverlodge, Alberta are searching for an abducted boy, who was last seen Thursday morning in B.C.

RCMP say six-year-old Lanakai Morrison was last seen in Fort St. John at about 9:30 a.m.

The suspect is Krista Morrison, who police describe as being five-foot-eight inches tall, with long dark brown hair. They may be travelling with Daniel Ludwig, 35, who police describe as a white male, five-foot-eleven inches tall, with a large build, shaved head, and brown eyes.

They may also have with them four-year-old-Karl Morrison, described as having a slight build, with long dirty blonde hair and brown eyes.

It is believed they are driving in a 2006 red Ford F350, Alberta license plate CXW8820.

Police say do not approach them and instead call 911.
