Australian boogie rock rulers AC/DC are bringing the latest leg of the band’s 2026 Power Up Tour to B.C. Place on Aug. 13. To accompany the band’s Vancouver concert, it is opening up official AC/DC PWR/UP Pop-Up fan zones at all of its Canadian tour date destinations.

Fans can gather to get pumped up for the performance, pick up limited merchandise, check out custom tour props and enter draws for tickets, photos and even the chance to win a guitar autographed by lead guitar ace Angus Young.

There will also be AC/DC-themed food and drink, which should be a pretty interesting selection.

Also stylized as the PWR/UP Tour, the concert is in support of Power Up, the band’s seventeenth album which includes new crowd favourites like Demon Fire and Shot in the Dark. Recorded at the Warehouse in Vancouver with producer Brendan O’Brien, the album is the first recorded by the band since the passing of co-founder and rhythm guitarist Malcolm Young.

While the recording sessions reunited all surviving original members of the band, the touring unit has a different lineup.

The live band features lead shouter Brian Johnson, lead guitarist Angus Young and his brother Stevie Young on rhythm guitar with tour drummer Matt Laug and bass guitarist Chris Chaney holding down the all-important rhythm section seats. With a setlist of about 20 tunes spanning the group’s entire career, concerts have been running over 2 hours.
