The Tennessee Titans have been a box-office attraction when it comes to coaching and front-office changes over the last four years, and that’s not a good thing. The direction of a franchise always starts at the very top. The Titans are really hoping that Robert Saleh’s second head coaching stint will be better than his previous one with the Jets. The Jets were as dysfunctional as it gets, and the Titans aren’t far behind, but seem to be headed in a better direction… Maybe.
After only three wins last season, the Titans are looking for stability. The jury is still out on their new head coach, but Cam Ward at quarterback really seems to resonate with optimistic fans. They have already embraced the rebuild; now it is time to put the pieces into place and strive for better results. Will it show up early on in camp?

The Titans have finally decided that running the ball can be a good thing. Especially when you have a young QB trying to learn the ropes of the NFL, Brian Daboll controlling the offense should help alleviate some of the wear and tear on Cam Ward. He was under enough pressure last season. The run game will have to be better to ease the pressure elsewhere. The Titans are hoping they don’t wait until 3/4 of the season is over to figure that out in 2026.
Jeffery Simmons had one of the best seasons of his career last year. Robert Saleh has brought in several guys to help, hoping he won’t be tasked with trying to do it alone again. The front seven for the Titans should indeed be better early on, but time will tell, and games aren’t won on a depth chart that’s on a piece of paper.
