The Bill Walsh Diversity Coaching Fellowship program’s objective is to “Use NFL clubs’ training camps, offseason workout programs and minicamps to give talented coaches opportunities to observe, participate, gain experience, and ultimately gain a full-time NFL coaching position.”
According to the Jaguars’ team site, Banks serves as the chief of staff for Towson University’s football team. He was previously the head coach at Gettysburg College for five seasons from 2021 to 2025.
A former fourth-round pick, Banner played along the offensive line in the NFL, appearing in 30 games while making two starts.
Fogg will be the linebackers coach and run game coordinator for the University of New Hampshire for the 2026 college season. He was previously at Syracuse, holding various roles over three years.
