The Pittsburgh Pirates fans got great help from Olivia Dunne after the former LSU gymnast perfectly summed up their frustrations with an NSFW reaction after boyfriend pitcher Paul Skenes conceded a first-innings homer against the Toronto Blue Jays.
Just a few moments after the broadcast caught Dunne cheering loudly for Skenes, Blue Jays hitter George Springer hit a battering home run on Skenes’ third pitch, which immediately prompted Dunne to drop a viral hot-mic reaction.
“F**k,” Dunne could be seen mouthing in response to the HR.
The grueling showdown at the Rogers Centre helped the Blue Jays make a dominating statement, a 5-2 win for the home team. Skenes was able to land just two strikeouts while involuntarily giving up nine base hits, which allowed the Blue Jays’ batters to score four costly runs.

Despite the Cy Young winner’s 97 miles per hour pitch getting decimated by Springer, Skenes’s partner Dunne’s intense reaction has garnered a string of fancy reactions from fans, who labeled the gymnast as a “keeper” for the Pirates pitcher.
One user wrote:
It’s awesome, she looks so pissed. That’s how you know she’s a fan for real.
Another commented:
“I vibe with how personal she takes it. The fact she’s in the stands.. in Toronto.. supporting her man. Skenes got a keeper.”
Someone wrote:
“It looks like fans around her left her alone too. That’s pretty cool. I also assume she had security keeping a pretty close eye on her lol”
One person wrote:
“I give her a lot of credit she knew based off the sound off the bat. That’s someone who legit watches the game.”
Someone else wrote:
“How does anyone expect him to keep his mind on the day job when that’s waiting for you when you clock off.”
After losing the series, the Pirates will play their third game vs the Blue Jays tomorrow.
Appearing for GQ Sports, Olivia Dunne and Paul Skenes sat across from each other and exchanged questions and snarky answers to test how well they knew each other. During the questionnaire series, Dunne struck Paul with a heartwarming question:
“What’s my favorite thing about you?”
Skenes took a while to guess and responded:
“I love you.”
The answer turned out to be the right one, which handed Skenes a point that comes with every right answer as part of the game.
